The official language of the Conference is English. All papers accepted by the Scientific Committee will be published in the Proceedings. The high-quality papers will be considered for possible publication in the special issue of the Croatian interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal HRVATSKE VODE, indexed in Scopus and WoSCC-ESCI.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the international Scientific Committee.

Authors are requested to prepare their abstracts using the official WMHE 2026 abstract template and paper template and upload them as .docx files via the submission portal (link above).

Instructions for Presenters (Posters & Oral Presentations)

Posters

• Maximum poster dimensions: 1000 (H) × 800 (W) mm, portrait orientation.
• On-site printing is not available, so we kindly ask you to bring your printed poster with you.

Oral presentations

• Each oral presentation lasts 12 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion (14 minutes per slot).
• Please have your PowerPoint presentation ready on the day of your session and transfer it to the organizers’ local computer before the session begins.

Templates

• No templates are provided for posters or presentations — please prepare them in your own format.
