For guests who would like to pay for their accommodation in advance via pro forma invoice, please make the reservation yourself through the website and, in the final step, select payment by pro forma invoice and enter the required company details, address, and VAT/Tax ID number.

The pro forma invoice must be paid at least 10 days before arrival. After this deadline, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

All public procurement entities are required to enter the purchase order number in the reservation comments and send it by email to reservations@liburnia.hr.

The deadline for accommodation reservations at preferential rates is September 1, 2026, or until capacity is fully booked. After that date, accommodation reservations will be possible upon request, subject to availability.
